It was Benjamin Franklin who once said, "If we do not hang together, we shall surely hang separately."
I know you're not from Bolingbrook, but Bolingbrook sure needs your help.
The Frohns, longtime residents of Bolingbrook, are among 24 national finalists for Patch's Deck the House contest.
What's at stake? A lot, actually. If the Frohns receive the most votes by Sunday, Jan. 8, the Valley View School District will get $100,000 for local students.
Now we know your kids don't attend any of Valley View's schools. But the Frohns are the only Illinois candidate. And during these cash-strapped times we live in, anyone can realize the enormous effect $100,000 can have on a child's education.
Please take a moment to vote for the Frohns and help spread the word by sharing this article on your Facebook pages, Twitter feeds and any other mode of communication you deem worthy. Thanks in advance for your support!
