Patch Pets: Macx

Each week, we feature cats and dogs available for adoption from Heartland Animal Shelter in Northbrook

MACX is a very happy 7-year-old Beagle who came to Heartland after being hit by a car. Due to his injuries his previous owners were unable to care for him. Macx is now on a successful road to recovery and would love to meet you! He is a gentle, sweet, loving boy who loves everyone he meets! Macx would be such a joy to have as a family pet!

Adoption Information- Heartland's Dog Adoption fee of $225 includes up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter, de-worming and heartworm test. , at 2975 Milwaukee Ave. in Northbrook, is open from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 12-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. More animals available for adoption can be found at www.heartlandanimalshelter.net; the shelter also has opportunities for volunteers in many different capacities.
