Police Make 3 DUI Arrests In 1 Week
Two Northbrook residents were among three DUI arrests last week.
The following report was provided by theNorthbrook Police Department. Arrests and charges are accusations, and do not indicate guilt.
On March 3, police arrested Michael Fisher, 54, of Deerfield, because he was involved in a private party vehicle accident on the 1900 block of Cherry Lane, according to police. Responding officers noticed a moderate alcohol odor while speaking to him and he failed field sobriety tests, police say. He was charged with driving without valid insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a BAC over .08, police say. According to reports, he was released on bond.
On March 4, Christopher Marcyan, 53, of Northbrook, was arrested after being stopped for a traffic violation near Walters Avenue and Landwehr Road, according to police. He was charged with two counts of improper lane usage, folling another vehicle too closely, disobeying a stop sign and driving under the influence, police say. He was released on bond, according to the police report, and his court date was set for April 22.
On March 6, police arrested John Kim, 52, of Northbrook after stopping him for a traffic violation near Dundee and Landwehr roads, according to police. He was charged with DUI and released on bond, police say.
Drug, Paraphernalia Possession
On March 10, police arrested Dino Gagliardotto, 29, of Glenview, on the 1200 block of 900 block of Dundee Road after a traffic violation, and found a glass pipe and cannabis in his vehicle, according to police. He was charged with driving wit a suspended licence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, according to police.
