SCORE - Counselors to America's Small Business - is a not for profit association established in 1964. Mentors are existing or retired business owners and executives with years of successful experience in a wide variety of business issues like finance, sales/marketing and business plans.
SCORE Chicago's 130 volunteers are dedicated to helping small businesses aspire, grow and succeed including new business start-ups as well as existing businesses through education and mentorship. FREE lifetime, confidential small business mentoring is available in person at the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce or also via Email or the Internet.
SCORE mentors take appointments at the Northbook Chamber of Commerce on alternating Wednesday's of each month at 9:30am, 10:30am and 11:30am.

Northbrook's Chamber of Commerce boasts more than 675 members, including local giants Allstate, Crate and Barrel, and Underwriters Laboratories. The majority of chamber businesses, however, have 25 employees or less. Governed by a 13-member board, the chamber provides networking, marketing and advocacy for its members.
