Allergy Expert Speaks on Nov. 14th at Five Seasons Northbrook

On Thursday, Nov. 14th, allergy expert Christina Chodos will be sharing insights at Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Northbrook, 1300 Techny Road.

Starting at 6 p.m., Chodos will be providing practical tips on unique recipes and health management strategies that address food and environmental allergies, as well as more general health and nutrition needs.

The session is free and open to the public.

Chodos focuses on working with adults and children with allergies of all kinds. Her mission is to develop a personalized health and lifestyle plan for each of her clients so they can enjoy an improved, sustainable quality of life, without unnecessary medication.

Chodos’ approach to living with allergies and her custom recipes have been carefully developed and can also be tailored to address many other health issues including weight loss, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), acid reflux diabetes, digestive and autoimmune issues, and improving athletic performance.
 
Chodos received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, a leader in holistic nutrition education, and is an ongoing nutritional consultant for the Illinois Bone and Joint Institute.

A Certified Health Counselor and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Christina has three sons with extensive food and environmental allergies. That experience prompted her journey into integrative health more than 20 years ago.
