Proceeds Benefit Metropolitan Family Services Evanston/Skokie Valley Center

 

EVANSTON, Ill. (Feb. 14, 2014) – Cure your “Spring Fever” with a casual, fun-filled night of live music, courtesy of Stuart Rosenberg, co-founder of Evanston’s famed S.P.A.C.E., along with dancing and tasty treats. Proceeds from the event benefit Metropolitan Family Services Evanston/Skokie Valley, supporting children at risk of family and community violence, older adults experiencing abuse, and youth with mental illness.

Northwestern University at Parkes Hall

7:00 - 10:00 p.m.

(Parking is available on Sheridan Road, at the City of Evanston Church Street Garage just east of Chicago Avenue, and in the lot directly east of Parkes Hall)

      Also at the event, Village Treasure House not-for-profit consignment shop in Northbrook will be honored for their generous support of local non-profit agencies. Village Treasure House has donated more than $65,000 to Metropolitan Evanston/Skokie, and $1,000,000 overall to area charity organizations.
