Gala Dinner to Celebrate Lubavitch Chabad of Northbrook Milestone

Gala Banquet to Mark Bar-Mitzvah Milestone 13th Anniversary

[Northbrook, IL] On Sunday, March 23, 2014, Lubavitch Chabad of Northbrook will celebrate its Thirteen-year Milestone ‘Bar Mitzvah’ anniversary with a gala banquet dinner at it's center on Landwehr  Rd.

“As we celebrate and reflect on all of our accomplishments over the past 13 years in, we are excitedly looking ahead at our bright future. Lubavitch Chabad of Northbrook first began in as a small learning group led by Rabbi Daniel Moscowitz, Regional Director of Lubavitch Chabad of Illinois. Since establishing a full-time presence in Northbrook 13 years ago, it has developed into a full-fledged synagogue and educational center, and purchased its' permanent home in 2011.  The new center now hosts  the acclaimed Jewish Learning Institute (JLI), a Hebrew school, holiday programs, and a new teen program and the Friendship Circle.
