Learn about the local real estate market and how to maximize the sales potential of your house when Moving Station Vice President Pati Saulig presents “Get the Most from Your House” on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 1:30 p.m. at Covenant Village of Northbrook, 2625 Techny Rd., Northbrook.
Saulig is vice president of Moving Station, a global relocation management company. She has more than 13 years of experience in relocation; during nine of those years she worked in assisting older adults relocations at Moving Station. Saulig is a frequent industry speaker at state and national senior housing conferences.
During the program, Saulig will use Moving Station’s sophisticated metrics to take an in depth look at the local real estate market. She will describe tactics sellers can use to get the most for their real estate. And she will introduce Moving Station’s Home Purchase Program™ in which the company will buy a participating senior adult’s qualifying house if it has not sold in five months.
