Litigation, Estate Planning & Elder Law Expert Speaks Nov. 12th at Five Seasons Northbrook

An attorney renowned for his work in litigation, estate planning and elder law will be speaking on those topics on Tuesday, November 12th at Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Northbrook.

Kerry Peck, the managing partner of the Chicago law firm Peck Bloom, LLC, will begin the two-hour presentation at 6 p.m. at the club, 1300 Techny Road. The session is free and open to the public.

He was selected by his peers in five statewide surveys of Illinois attorneys as a “Super Lawyer”, an attorney to whom other attorneys would refer their family, and was named a member of the Leading Lawyers Network.

Among his many credentials and achievements, Peck was named chair of the State’s Attorney’s Elder Abuse Task Force and was retained by the City of Chicago Department of Aging to rewrite the State of Illinois Elder Abuse and Neglect Act.

He teaches attorneys and healthcare professionals across the country, and is an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School’s Elder Law Studies program where he teaches a guardianship course. His clients include families, hospitals, banks, the State of Illinois, County of Cook, and City of Chicago.
