What is Pain? On Sept. 25th, Chiropractor Leads Seminar at Five Seasons Northbrook

On Wednesday, Sept. 25th, Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Northbrook hosts a leading chiropractor who will discuss the physical, chemical and neurologic causes of pain and how to combat them.

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the club, 1300 Techny Road, Dr. Jeff Schwan will cover a broad array of issues related to pain, from inflammatory foods that people put into their bodies and stress from work and life to being sick or simply the way people move.

“This presentation will help those suffering with any sort of pain. Many people suffer from some form of chronic pain and it can alter their lifestyle as well as their mood,” said Schwan. “One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is to help people get back to living pain-free.”
