An officer was conducting a routine patrol when he noticed a vehicle with steamed up windows and its lights off around 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 according to a police report of the incident.
Police arrested Choi after both she and the 15-year-old boy admitted to having sexual contact, according to the report. The woman has since pled not guilty.
