 Summary: According to the Cook County State's Attorney's office, an 83-year-old Northbrook man was found to have been lying in his own waste for a week, which led to felony criminal neglect charges against two Northbrook sisters.

Sadly, the man, who suffered from dementia at the time, passed away nearly three months later following constant medical care at Glenbrook Hospital after his 87-year-old wife called paramedics.
