Former American Legion Site Might Fit Three New Houses
A Northbrook developer has proposed the construction of three homes at 1435 Pfingsten Rd.
Northbrook-based developer, Mosghan and Associates Inc., has proposed the construction of three, fenced-in, single-family homes at former American Legion site near Walters Avenue and Pfingsten Road, according to the Chicago Tribune.
"This property has been an eyesore for such a long time," Trustee Kathryn Ciesla told the Chicago Tribune.
