Hundreds Turn Out For Tall Trees Turkey Trot
The 14th annual Thanksgiving morning race benefits Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook.
When Ken Kraus launched the Tall Trees Turkey Trot 14 years ago, roughly 20 people showed up. This year, approximately 600 runners toed the line in the race to benefit Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook. Held in the Tall Trees neighborhood of Glenview, the race helps support afterschool programs, family counseling, study buddies and a holiday gift service, among other programs.
