Patch Pets: Mabell

Each week, we feature cats and dogs available for adoption from Heartland Animal Shelter in Northbrook.

Mabell is a petite 2-year-old gorgeous brown tabby. People comment that she is quite the gorgeous gal with her silky fur and sparkling amber-colored eyes. She was found by Skokie Animal Control and was then lucky enough to be brought to Heartland Animal Shelter to find her forever home.  She just loves attention, and will invite you to scratch her little ears and chin. She is quite independent and knows what she wants, a forever home where she could reign as queen. She is looking forward to spending some time with you, so please stop by soon.

Adoption Information- Heartland's Cat Adoption fee of $100 includes up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter, deworming, FIV/Feline Leukemia test, and a microchip.  Kitten adoption fees are slightly higher and reduced fees are often offered for special needs cats.

, at 2975 Milwaukee Avenue in Northbrook, is open from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 12-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  More animals available for adoption can be found at www.heartlandanimalshelter.net.
