Patch Pets: Rush

Each week, we feature cats and dogs for adoption from Heartland Animal Shelter in Northbrook.

RUSH- If you're looking for a cat to cuddle in your lap, then Rush is your "purrfect" match.

This beautiful and sleek all-black cat is about 3 years old as of October 2011. He was found wandering the streets of Northbrook and brought to Heartland. From his first day at the shelter, he was as content as could be. He loves nothing more than to get nice and comfy in your lap and then gaze up into your eyes.

He likes being brushed, too. Rush is definitely an easygoing and gentle cat. He will make a fabulous addition to just about any loving family.
