Update: Strange Clouds Pass Over Glenbrook North
As storms moved across the area, Beth Preis at the District 30 office photographed some strange sights in the sky.
(Update at 1:30 p.m.) Beth Preis, District 30 Publicity Coordinator, sent in some photos of clouds hovering above Glenbrook North.
The National Weather Service issued a severe weather warning for Cook county on Friday morning.
According to the service, "A severe thunderstorm is occurring or imminent in your area. Unplug electronics before the storm hits, and move to an interior room on the lowest floor of your home or business."
