Viewfinder: Fashion Rules The Runway at Neiman Marcus

The North Suburban Medical Research Junior Board (NSMRJB) and Neiman Marcus Northbrook hosted Fashion Rules: NM Style, an event to benefit the Children's Memorial Hospital's pediatric Neuro-Oncology program.

The sold-out event Fashion Rules: NM Style began Friday morning in The Zodiac Room at Northbrook with a light breakfast, friendly chitchat and a raffle, with prizes from Theory, Ippolita designer jewelry and Neiman Marcus. The mood -- shared by the event's 100 or more guests -- was warm, excited and lively.

Following breakfast, models showed off more than 25 outfits on a full runway in the middle of the Ladies Designer Department. Designers included Theory, Tory Burch, Vince, Joie and more.

All proceeds from the brunch and fashion show will go to Dr. Stewart Goldman, Medical Director of Neuro-Oncology and Gus Foundation Chair of Neuro-Oncology at the Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and one of the nation's leading doctors in his field. The event is just one of many planned by the NSMRJB every year to raise funds for pediatric research.
