Peter Mayer Concert for Heartland Animal Shelter

(Northbrook) – Enjoy a warm night of music and laughter as Heartland Animal Shelter welcomes back Peter Mayer for his Fourth Annual Concert to benefit the animals at the Shelter. The concert is scheduled for Friday, January 28th, 2011 at the Northbrook Theatre – Northbrook Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Avenue.

Doors open at 6:45 pm with refreshments provided by Sweet Dreams Organic Bakery and the concert will begin at 7:30 pm. Mayer, a Minnesota-based singer, is known for his whimsical, humorous music that breaks the boundaries of folk music. Tickets are $30 for adults and $5 for children with a special gift for those who register in advance.
