Chef Cesar Gutierrez Brings the Garden Environment to Pinstripes with the launch of Outdoor Vegetable and Herb Gardens

Now that spring has sprung here in Chicago, Pinstripes Executive Chef Cesar Gutierrez is ready to launch his outdoor produce and herb gardens at the Northbrook and South Barrington locations. Just in time for National Herb Week, May 3-9, Gutierrez will plant over ten herbs and vegetables all in organic soil on the outdoor patios for maximum sunlight exposure. Gutierrez will bring the garden environment to the bistro at Pinstripes by cooking with these house-grown, all-natural ingredients in his small plates, salads and dishes for both lunch and dinner dining. Garden items include:

Basil and Heirloom Tomatoes- Caprese Salad ($13)

Cilantro- Gnocchi & Yellow Fin Tuna ($15)

Rosemary- Chicken & Goat Cheese Fusilli ($13)

Chives- Louisiana Grilled Shrimp ($11)
