Go Roma Free Coke Freestyle Day

Go Roma is excited to announce that Coca-Cola Freestyle®, The Coca-Cola Company’s new proprietary fountain dispenser, will be available in Chicago’s suburban market at Go Roma’s Northbrook and Lincolnshire locations this February, joining the Chicago State Street location.  Long-time Coca-Cola Company customer, Go Roma, was one of the first to offer the exciting new fountain technology at its State Street location in November 2010.  Go Roma plans to feature Coca-Cola Freestyle in its Lincolnshire location on Wednesday, February 23 and its Northbrook location on Wednesday, March 2.

FREE Freestyle Day: Go Roma will offer a complimentary Coca-Cola Freestyle® with the purchase of an entrée at their Northbrook and Lincolnshire locations for all Facebook Fans on Tuesday, March 8, 2011.  Curious Chicagoans are invited to “like” Go Roma on Facebook (www.facebook.com/goroma) and click on “VIP” to receive the special offer.  Patrons must print out and bring in offer to receive their free Coca-Cola Freestyle® with the purchase of an entrée on Tuesday, March 8.

The sleek, stylish new fountains are touch screen operated, enabling consumers to select from 106 regular and low-calorie beverage brands – including many varieties of waters, fruit-flavored beverages and sparkling beverages that, prior to the arrival of Coca-Cola Freestyle, were not available in the U.S.  The self-serve fountains – which represent a complete departure from anything The Coca-Cola Company has offered previously – have been in development for more than four years.

Early testing of the fountains began a year ago and expanded to include more than 50 restaurants in Georgia and Southern California.  Results from these early tests indicate a significant increase in total restaurant sales – including fountain servings – as well as a measurable lift in traffic.  Go Roma is looking forward to a successful launch at its Northbrook and Lincolnshire locations and possible expansion to all locations later this year.  

The Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser uses unique, proprietary PurePour Technology™ and has the capacity to dispense 106 beverage varieties in the same amount of space as a standard eight-valve machine.  Consumers can experience Coca-Cola FreestyleTM virtually at www.Facebook.com/cocacolaFreestyle.
