Lunch Break for Schools is a national fundraiser organized by the makers of Hidden Valley® Salad Dressings and the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Chefs across the nation are hosting lunch fundraisers to raise awareness and funds for school nutrition education. All net proceeds will go to the ACF to create nutrition-based educational resourses for chefs involved in the Chefs Move to Schools program.
