The corner of Dundee Road and Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook might someday be the site of a 100,000 square foot retail space and grocery store, but as Morningside Crossroads Partners continues to develop the property, village officials were asked for $4.9 million in tax increment financing to help get the retail space off the ground, according to the Northbrook Star.
