Skokie and Dundee Development Might Receive TIF

The Skokie Boulevard and Dundee Road development that might hold a Mariano's grocery store and a 10-story apartment complex might receive $4.9 million in tax increment financing from the village, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Northbrook's director of development, Tom Poupard, said village officials will review the request before the entire development is brought to the plan commission in the coming weeks, according to the Chicago Tribune.
