The staffs at Alden Estates of Evanston (Evanston), Alden Estates of Skokie (Skokie) and Alden Des Plaines (Des Plaines) have been rated 'the best' in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. The short-term rehabilitation centers received five stars based on health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care.

U.S. News & World Report ranks and displays data for nearly every U.S. nursing facility. The ‘2014 Best’ profiles and ranks facilities using data and quality ratings from the federal government, recognizing those facilities that provide five-star care.
