Northbrook Bank & Trust Company Announces Promotions

The Board of Directors of Northbrook Bank & Trust approved the following promotions: Christina Kaiser, Vice President, Retail Banking; Marie Cualoping, Consumer Lending Officer; Mayra Garcia, Personal Banking Officer; John Hunt, Commercial Banking Officer; Juana Perez, Personal Banking Officer.

Christina Kaiser is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross and has been with Northbrook Bank & Trust’s Northview location for over 18 years. Her previous banking roles include receptionist, human resources, and retail. As the Vice President of Retail Banking, she will be responsible for continued customer service to existing clients as well as strengthen and increase the relationships with consumers and small businesses.

Marie Cualoping is an MBA graduate of Loyola University-Chicago and has been with Northbrook Bank & Trust since 2008. Her previous banking experience includes 10 years at Corporate Banking Group-Commerzbank AG. As a Consumer Lending Officer, she will be responsible for underwriting consumer and small business loans, coordinating loan closings, and providing customer service to both internal and external customers.

Mayra Garcia attended Northwestern Business College and has been with Northbrook Bank & Trust since 2011. She holds eight years of banking experience and previous roles include teller and universal banker for Labe Bank. As a Personal Banking Officer, she will be assisting branch managers with various projects and daily functions.

John Hunt is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and has been with Northbrook Bank & Trust since 2012. He has five years of banking experience. As a Commercial Banking Officer, he will be responsible for managing loan portfolios and generating new business for the Commercial Real Estate team.

Juana Perez has been with Northbrook Bank & Trust’s First Chicago location since 1994 as a teller and gradually worked her way up the ladder to higher positions. As a Personal Banking Officer, she will be responsible for customer service as well as assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
