Takeda Ranked Among Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies
The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has listed Takeda among Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™. Named for the second consecutive year, Takeda was recognized for excelling at employee relations, using innovation to motivate employees and implementing creative compensation programs.
"Takeda remains committed to its people and creating a diverse workplace that attracts, retains and develops talent from all backgrounds," said Laurene Giagnorio, senior vice president of human resources and administration. "We're honored to receive this recognition for the second consecutive year and it is a testament to Takeda's commitment to employees so we can focus on our mission of striving towards better health for people worldwide through leading innovation in medicine."
This year's NABR winners were recognized for practicing innovative strategies and representing best practices in human resources. An independent research firm evaluated each company's entry based on key measures in various categories such as compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee education and development, engagement and retention and work-life balance.
