Grand Opening of the New Art Post Gallery Northbrook Location

We officially kicked things off at our new Northbrook Art Post Gallery location with a Grand Opening Event on Thursday, April 19th. The event gave us the opportunity to showcase the bold new space, as well as give thanks to those who have helped contribute to the gallery’s success for so many years.

Hors d’oeuvres, champagne and wine were served as guests got a preview of some of the newest works from our featured artist, Tom Matucci, a celebrated painter whose abstract paintings include everything from geometrics to landscapes.

Our new space exhibits contemporary features such as lofted ceilings, polished concrete floors and moving walls that allow for different layouts within the gallery as new artwork arrives. Art Post Gallery offers a large selection one-of-a-kind art, fine framing, custom mirrors and art restoration work.  In addition, they offer a large collection of paper art (antique maps, etchings and serigraphs, including some wonderful children’s book illustrations, botanicals and moths & butterflies).  The new location also places the gallery within the vibrant shopping center of The Shops of Willow Festival, which also houses a Whole Foods, REI, Home Goods and a number of specialty retail outlets and restaurants.
