Congressman Robert Dold (Il 10th District) is smart!

Why we must vote for Congressman Robert J. Dold! Top 13 reasons even will agree Democrats Rep. Dold is a smart man!

We all agree on one thing: we need smart people in Washington DC. Congressman Dold is not only smart, is the smartest of us all and here's the top 13 reasons why we should vote for him:

- While most of us by age 43, struggle to pay our bills for a house, Congressman Dold got his free from his dad, another wanna-be politician, Robert Dold Sr. Congressman Dold is smart to swalow his pride and raise his family on a house he was unable to get on his own, like the rest of us.

- While most of us work hard to find and keep a job,Congressman Dold got a nice little company to play with from, yes, his dad. Rose Pest Solutions. Prior to that, he was a secretary-type of employee (maybe that's why he is for policies against women today...doing a woman's job while training for a political career enraged him). Congressman Dold is smart for accepting to be handed on a golden platter employment then, and now, and if voters are dumb, in the future in politics.

- While all business owners obey Labor laws regarding breaks, Congressman Dold found a solutions to go around those regulations: he tells his technicians at Rose Pest Solutions to "get lunch when you can." Sure, since the "Company" books a technicians solid from 0800 hrs. to 1700, 1730, 1800 hrs. there's no time for real lunch. Congressman Dold knows there is no time for lunch except while driving between customers' homes but hey, that is not his problem, is it? He is smart for taking 30 minutes from each tech's paycheck, per day, for the inexistent lunch.

- While al business owners pay their employees from the time the start working, Congressman Dold pays his serfs starting when employee knocks on firts customer's door, 0800 hrs. usually. The fact that the poor, uninformed employee is entitled to pay when he shows up at office to pick up paperwork for the day, the truck and to drive from office to first customer...that's not Congressman Dold's concern, is it? He is smart for not having payclocks, sign-in sheets or any way to account for someone's hours and the paychecks never display amont of hours worked for the week. Now...that's smart! Who knows they are being screwed on their paycheck?

- While businessowners are scard of lawsuits, Congressman Dold has nothing to fear: by cutting the commission rate from 25% in 2010 to 10% today, he assured that no employee wil have money for lawyers. That's smart.

- While businessowners are mostly fair, Congressman Dold found a way not to pay his technicians working after 1630 hrs. This is how it goes: he does pay 10% commssion on the job but since that is only on jobs the "company" gets paid...and call-backs are free...the employee collects $0 in commission doing a call-back. And since Congressman Dold pays no overtime...everything after 1600 hrs. is again, free...no payment to employee. Now, that is smart! Sleek, but smart.

- While companies pay for the employees' time to pick up materials for the work, Congressman Dold makes sure he forgets to pay for the 1 hr per week employees must show up to the insecticide storage facility to load up for the week. Now, that's smart... 10 techs...ten hours per week...51 weeks per year...510 hours Congressman Dold doesn't have to worry about paying.

- While companies want their employees to be fully-aware of vacantion time, Congressman Dold makes sure his employees at Rose Pest believe they are entitled to only 1 week vacantion, per year. So they work 51 weeks. Do they get paid one extra week of vacanton? Sure...8 hours per day, if they work the days but nothing extra even though after 5 years of work for example maybe you should be given, or paid, for two weeks not one. Now, that is smart.

- While businessowners struggle to find ways to maximize profits, Congressman Dold find the easiest way: replace all technicians with lower-paid technicians. He did his house clean-up starting in 2010. Today @ Rose Pest you only have three techs who were there in 2010. One is black and must be kept for the election...you don't want Democrats to say no African-American staff on payroll, right? One is a cancer-survivor and since two techs died of cancer at Northfield office in the last 5 years Dold must keep this one employeed otherwise he might risk a lawsuit. the third one, Dave Smith, wit 25 plus years experience was demoted t a lowly tech and is being paid like the newcomer off the street so he doesn't count as a veteran technician as far as payroll is concerned.  Now, that's smart.

- While business owners are terrified of Labor Dept. coming ater them, Congressman Dold knows such an investigation (ongoing right now against Rose Pest regarding overtime compliance) takes a long time and no results will be available before the election day. After the election...let them eat cake :).  Congressman Dold is super-smart.

- While all business owners pay their employees overtime after 40 hours per week, Congressman Dold found the solutions to do away with stupid overtime: he declared all techs overtime-exempt and told them starting with June 2011 everyone will be paid 8 hours per day regardless of how many hours they work. If they don't like it...here's the door.

- While we all are dumb enough to just wait for birthday gifts, Congressman Dold gave himself a gift that keeps on giving: the n-more overtime decision was implementet on...June 23rd, his birthday. Now, that is smart or what?

- While all business owners will change their evil ways if they were adopting them before being told it is wrong, Congressman Dold continues not to pay hs employees overtime and gave one ex-employee hush-mone to shut the ef up and go away!" He knows that employee has no money for lawyers and one can't bring a class-action lawsuit as pro-se...Congressman Dold is safe-no judge will order him to pay the rest of the employees the lawfully-required overtime, voters have no idea how he does business and existing employees are terrified to even breath a word of knowledge about ongoing overtime litigation...so that's smart all right. Evil, crooked, illegal but smart!
