Summary: Werner “Bernie” Bernhard, who worked in a series of jobs at , passed away July 14, four months after emergency response personnel found him lying emaciated on the floor of his Northbrook home. His daughters, Lisa and Susan Bernhard, one of whom he lived with, both were charged with criminal neglect in connection with his death.
