Gasoline Prices Drop in Northbrook

Gas prices are finally going down for Northbrook drivers.

The average price of gasoline in the Chicago suburbs has dropped by 9 cents in the past week to $3.91 per gallon, the Chicago Tribune reports. The newspaper says moderating crude oil prices are the reason for the drop in price.

As of Monday afternoon, the following gas stations have the lowest prices in Northbrook, according to GasBuddy.com: 

  • $3.86, 7-Eleven, 2800 Dundee Rd.
  • $3.87, Marathon, 812 Waukegan Rd.
  • $3.87, Marathon, 430 Dundee Rd.
