New Tutoring Service Enters Northbrook, Glenview

Club Z! tutors offer guidance to from Pre-Kindergarten to Pre-Med, their website boasts. The in-home tutoring service now offers instruction for students in Northbrook and Glenview, according to the site.

“I learned firsthand with my three children that tutoring helps them set goals and achieve success," said Hank Song, who runs Club Z's Glenview operation, in a press release. "So when I had the opportunity to join the ClubZ! franchise, I knew that one-on-one tutoring would benefit junior high students looking to improve their knowledge and academic performance before entering high school; and help prepare high school students to achieve higher ACT and SAT scores."

Academic tutoring improves cognitive and affective level thinking, in students, allowing them to understand academic material better and form positive attitudes toward various subjects, according to the press release.

“We recognize that there are other tutoring programs, but the ClubZ! system caters to in-home study and does not require a long-term contract," Song said in the release. "Most importantly, we allow students to select the tutor that best matches their needs and personality."
