Authors' Reading of New OCWW Anthology - "Overcoming" -

Come meet your local authors!  Off Campus Writers' Workshop (OCWW) will host a unique Public Reading in the Garden Room of the Winnetka Community House, on Friday, October 11, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.  The member contributors will be reading excerpts from their submissions.  One of our writers, Dick Davidson, has edited and published our first ever Anthology - "Overcoming" - which features 39 of our members' stories, plays, poems, essays and memoir pieces.  The unique nature of the anthology highlights special moments of overcoming personal struggles, in both fiction and non-fiction format.  There are humorous stories and poems, as well as intense narratives that give the reader insight into their own challenges.   Refreshments will be served.  This event is free and open to the public.  The Anthology will be available for purchase, and authors will be signing.    Questions, 847-951-0429.
