hand selected and described by our Certified Cheese Monger Andrew.
Andrew will begin by talking on the finer points of the each
cheese, and how the subtle differences result in their individual, phenomenal
flavor.
And now for the fun part– putting our wine and beer
specialists to the test!

our wine guru David, against your palettes! You will be able to sample beers and wines! After sampling you can fill
out your ballot and determine once and for all whether beer and cheese has the
upper hand, or if the crown goes to the cheese and wine pairings.
