Building Resistance to Memory Loss

It
is possible to improve our brain functioning and strengthen our memory. Dr.
Sherrie All, who specializes in cognitive rehabilitation and brain fitness,
will discuss how people can build resistance to memory loss or delay its onset
by investing in total brain health, including physical activity, disease and
stress management, and cognitive exercises. This presentation will provide
practical tools to help individuals develop strategies to care for their brains
and improve their thinking, memory and quality of life.  Registration is $5 member; $7 non-member.
