"Art by the Inch" Art Contest - Theme: "Botany Magnified"

CALLING ALL NORTH SHORE ARTISTS!

North Shore artists can pick up a 6" x 6" canvas at the Art Post Gallery, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2013.  80 canvases are available...first come, first served.  Artists will have until April 11th to submit their completed work, following the theme: "Botany Magnified."  Any medium that works on canvas is acceptable...oil, acrylic, mixed media, etc.  Use your imagination to create a subject that fits within the broad theme of "Botany Magnified."

All 80 entries will be displayed at the Art Post Gallery's Spring Show beginning April 18th.  A panel of three judges will award $200 to each of the top three canvases.  And...all canvases will be for sale at a fixed price of $150.  100% of proceeds from any sales go to the artist.
