Should the US brace for two years of Congressional gridlock? Through lecture and discussion, political scientist Julie Strauss will focus on the Congressional winners, and how money, demographic shifts, and redistricting affected the electoral outcomes. We will also cover how Congress is expected to work with the President, and what issues may prove particularly contentious. Registration is $9 member; $11 non-member.
