The public is invited to North Northfield United Methodist Church’s “Goods for the Soul” Summer Thrift Sale on July 26 and 27 at the church, located at Dundee and Sanders in Northbrook.
The church received numerous donations since its last sale in June, so a wide variety of items will again be for sale, ranging from housewares and collectibles to tools and clothes, among other things. The church is still accepting donations for the sale — for more information, please call the church office at (847) 272-2250.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit local and global charities, and church parking lot replacement. Hours of the sale will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, rain or shine (no early birds, please).
