The Northfield Township Road District has scheduled a recycling and paper shredding event to help Township residents to responsibly and safely dispose of a wide variety of household items. A detailed list of items accepted for reuse or recycling may be viewed on the Township's website,http://northfieldtownship.com/recycling-program.html. In addition, free paper shredding will be available onsite. Shredding is limited to a maximum of three containers, such as shopping bags or computer paper boxes, per vehicle.
The Road District offers frequent recycling and shredding events in accordance with its environmental mission statement, a commitment to comprehensive environmental protection through the use of the most socially and environmentally responsible recycling programs.
