Pinstripes Welcomes Fall with a New Menu, Chef’s Features & Oktoberfest Brew

Inspired by the change of seasons, Pinstripes Executive Chef Cesar Gutierrez has crafted a new fall menu along with seasonal specials to welcome the crisp and colorful produce available this time of year.

Beginning this October, the new fall menu will feature favorites like the Heirloom Apple & Brussels Sprout Salad with crisp heirloom apples, fontinella cheese and Brussels sprout leaves as well as the Chicken Tortilla Soup,a modern version of Gutierrez’s mother’s recipe with the delightful zest of tomatillos and peppers. The main attraction will be the Brick Grilled Chicken marinated with lemon and rosemary, served alongside grilled polenta, broccolini and roasted ancient sweet peppers.

Not only will the new fall menu appear at each Pinstripes location, but guests can also feast their eyes on the bistro chalkboard for Gutierrez’s Chef’s Features, offered seasonally, including Kale & Spicy Italian Salami Pizza, Braised Duck Pappardelle, Roasted Turkey Platter and so much more.

Gutierrez comments on the new fall features saying, “Each dish will showcase the pure beauty of what nature has to offer this season. While incorporating flavorful vegetables, herbs and proteins, the menu items are not only healthy, but also incorporate the hearty feeling that patrons seek during the brisk fall months.”

Now available at all Chicagoland Pinstripes, seasonal bar selections like Two Brothers Atom Smasher, a Vienna-style lager, honor the fall and the Munich festival, Oktoberfest. Other unique offerings include Angry Orchard’s Crisp Apple Hard Ciderand boutique wines like Benton Lane Pinot Noir.
