Rubs & Marinades Cooking Class

An ideal Father’s Day Gift – though everyone’s welcome! Help Dad get ready for summer grilling with this lesson on Rubs, Marinades, Brines and Pastes – including safe food-handling practices. Jazz up BBQs with the pizzazz of Fragrant Chili Rub, Jerk Rub, and Provençal Herb Rub. Guests will sample dishes prepared by Chef Mary Kay Gill using each of these Rubs, then take home Brined Pork Chops ready to sizzle on the grill, along with a copy of “Mastering the Grill” (a $24.95 retail value) to inspire even more creative grilling.
