Charity Shopping Day at Mark David Designs to Benefit LEAD

Thursday, August 29, 2013.  During the charity

shopping day, 10% of all sales will benefit LEAD.  LEAD is a

501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to parents and other adults and

their role in the promotion of healthy family relationships and the prevention

of alcohol, drug use, and other risky behavior by youth.  LEAD has served

the Lake Forest, Lake Bluff and Knollwood communities for over 25 years. 

LEAD supporters and community members alike can peruse and

purchase Mark David Designs’ exclusive selection of fine furnishings, decor, gifts, and accessories for

the home. Just in time for fall, shoppers will get a sneak peek of Mark David

Designs’ extensive autumnal and Halloween themed décor – all while supporting

this local non-profit organization.  Complimentary

in store design consultations are also available.  Guests visiting between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM

will enjoy delicious “mock”tails and light bites as they “Sip & Shop” the

store.
