Spring Soups

Soups transition easily from the deep freeze of winter to the lighter chill of spring. Watch as Chef Mary Kay Gill prepares a large batch of basic vegetable stock, which you will have a chance to sample. Next. Gill will create a trio of hearty, savory vegetarian recipes. Her menu includes Chili Mango with Wild Rice, Soothing Spinach Basmati with Crunchy Chickpeas, and Mushroom Wontons in Ginger Fennel Stock. Leave with expertise, a quart of stock, and recipes for home-cooked comfort dishes.

The cost for the demonstration and tasting is $25 per person.
