Yoga for the Rest of Us
Anyone can enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including increased strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. This class is uniquely designed for individuals of all fitness levels to relax and unwind. Our senior yoga guru and instructor, Rhonda Schlesinger, accommodates individual needs through the use of chairs, blocks, bolsters and other props. Her mission is to help her students develop a more mindful awareness of their bodies and a sense of overall peace and well-being. Registration is $75 member; $89 non-member for the eight sessions.
