Join Sunset Foods and the registered dietitians of NorthShore University HealthSystem on a grocery store tour where they will help you make the best food choices for you and your family. The tour will improve your health and well-being by increasing your knowledge on topics such as label reading, organic vs. non-organic foods, and how to choose the best foods from each department.
The tours will last approximately 60 minutes and includes helpful handouts to take home. They will be held on Tuesday, October 4 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and Wednesday, October 19 from 1 to 2 pm.
