Roti shares "food that loves you back" at Light The Night

On Oct. 20, 2013 Roti Mediterranean Grill volunteered alongside walkers at the Light The Night walk in Glenview to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Roti was the sole restaurant presence at the event along with giving away samples of their organic chickpea hummus and house-baked pita chips. Roti volunteers had event attendees play Roti Pong. Each person was given two tries (awarded one prize) to get the ping-pong ball into the Roti cup (pictured). Prizes available were special edition Light the Night Roti shirts, Roti fleece blankets and free meals at Roti Mediterranean Grill. All the walks for Light The Night this year have had a total of over 6,000 attendees with a projected $1.875 million raised.

"We are thrilled to have been a part of Light The Night in Glenview this year by providing healthy snacks for all the volunteers and walkers. Part of Roti's mantra of 'food that loves you back' is giving back to our local communities, and we couldn't be more proud of our North Shore neighbors for making the night such a success." - Peter Nolan, Chief Brand Officer for Roti Mediterranean Grill.
