(October 5, 1994 - June 14, 2012)Beloved son of William and Maureen nee Folliard Garrity; loving brother of Bridget, Molly and Katie Garrity; devoted grandson of Helen and the late Leo Garrity, and the late Thomas and Mary Folliard; dear nephew and cousin of many.

Visitation Monday, June 18, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd. at Old Orchard Road, Skokie. Funeral Mass Tuesday, June 19, 10:00 a.m. at St. Norbert Church, 1809 Walters Ave. Northbrook, IL 60062.
