BIG DISAPOINTED
I have had Allstate for approximately 28 years. We decided to (Bundle) with our auto. I am insuring 4 vehicles. We requested that Allstate deduct the premiums from our credit card company on a monthly bases. This is the second month that we had a notice of cancellation. I called the company customer rep. and explained the situation. He tells me in broken English ( I Think) that my credit card company will not authorize the transaction. We have used the same credit card with Geico and never had a problem. I asked him to charge the credit card he says ok.. I asked him If my credit card company does not authorize this than how come you have my credit card on file and can take a payment.. He hung up on me...YOUR IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.BS
