Willow Road Armegeddon

The Willow Road project is a complete and utter embarrassment. Long stretches of road are narrowed to one lane with no evidence of ANY work being done for weeks. The underpass just East of Shermer has been all but abandoned causing backups to Target far to the East at almost any time of day. The police at Patriot stand virtually useless against this travesty. By the way, what are they actually doing just standing there?Who is accountable? When will the contractor magically claim to have finished early to collect a huge bonus (shades of the Techny project which finished 1 year ahead of schedule - I mean REALLY!?) How many millions of productive hours and family moments have been lost? If this is an example of Village, County and State cooperation, we should be ashamed of ourselves.
