9 Cars Hit With Paintballs

The following reports were provided by the Northbrook Fire Department. Charges are accusations and do not indicate a conviction.

Vehicular Burglary
On Sept. 22, a woman returning to her car that had been parked at Northbrook Court found paint ball markings on the driver’s side of the vehicle, according to police. She reported a bag of pennies, 10 bikinis and a sweater were missing from inside the vehicle, which was left unlocked, according to police.

The day before, eight cars parked in the Northbrook Court parking lot had been hit by paintballs, according to police. 

Burglary
On Sept. 19, officers responded to an alarm at Wolf Camera, on the 100 block of Skokie Highway, and found the business was burglarized, according to police. Stolen items include 21 cameras, 22 lenses and flash flashes, all worth about $30,000, police say.

DUI
On Sept. 19, officers arrested Kelsey Rosen, 26, of Lake Forest, for DUI after she was involved in an accident on the 1500 block of Lake Cook Road, according to police.
